Option 1: Walk / Translink 205 / 215 Bus

- Unfortunately, there are no public transport bus options directly from Townsville Airport to the CBD. You can, however, walk to the nearest public transport bus stop. Exit the terminal and turn left on Stinson Avenue. Continue on John Melton Black Drive and turn left on Bundock Street. The bus stop for route 205 /215 is located by Old Common Road. Disembark at Townsville Shopping Centre in the heart of the CBD.
- Consider purchasing the go Card, Queensland’s integrated fare card.
- Fare for Translink is $0.50 AUD (yes, really). Bus travel time is approximately 15 minutes.
- Given the distance (2.4km) and lack of pedestrian infrastructure, this method is not recommended if you are carrying luggage.

Option 2: Shuttle Bus
- Townsville Shuttle Services offers door-to-door shuttle service. Fare for TSV Shuttle is $10.00 AUD.TSV Airport has a list of private coaches and buses for hire.
