- For those on a budget, consider riding TriMet’s Red Line to downtown. Head to the south end of the terminal building at the baggage claim level. Running every 15 minutes, this light rail line travels right into the heart of downtown Portland.

Option 2: Shuttle Bus
- Some hotels and private companies offer shuttle bus service from Portland Airport to downtown. Check with your hotel and Portland Airport’s Information page.

- Yes. Seriously. You can bike from PDX to downtown. How many airports allow bicycle parking? Very few. Travel distance is about 9 miles making for a roughly 1 hour ride. Bike racks are located near the TriMet Max platform
- Note: Portland Airport at the moment only allows for personal bicycle parking. There is no bikeshare available.
