Union Pearson Express (better known as UP Express) is the airport rail link connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. Established in 2015, UP Express primarily serves travellers connecting between the airport and central station. Secondarily, it operates as a hybrid between commuter and rapid transit (S-Bahn) service for residents living along the line. The train departs every 15 minutes and travels between the hubs in 28 minutes. Contrary to the “Express” name, the train stops at three additional stations en route.
